Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DietifyMe, we do not charge any fee for cancellation of an appointment. Cancellation of earlier booked appointment can be done by phone call or DM. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us to reschedule or cancel the appointment free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions purchased through DietifyMe renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within seven days of purchase and the plan has not been accessed. Digital diet plans and one-time purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If technical issues prevent access, our support team will assist you.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or legal requirements under consumer protection laws. To request a refund, contact team@dietifyme.in with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, DietifyMe shall not be liable for such issues.
